It depends on the scope and complexity. Most evaluations fall between $2,400 – $7,200. You get a clear quote after a brief consultation, so you know exactly what you’re signing up for — no surprise billing and no inflated packages.

School assessments determine if a child qualifies for services, while private evaluations focus on understanding what’s happening, why, and what will help. Schools determine eligibility, whereas we determine needs, diagnosis (if appropriate), and provide individualized recommendations. Both are important, but their goals are different.

From intake to final report, most evaluations take 4–8 weeks, depending on scheduling and complexity.
Testing itself usually happens across 2–3 sessions to respect stamina, accuracy, and nervous system capacity.

Yes, interviews, history, feedback, and some rating components can be conducted virtually. However, cognitive, academic, and ADOS testing must be done in-person.

Yes. The recommendations are designed to translate into school supports, and I can collaborate with your team if needed. Schools don’t have to accept private reports, but clear clinical evidence and strong recommendations carry weight.
